- commenting on local and national consultations
- joining our Care Improvement Network
- getting involved in our annual ‘What Matters to You’ campaign and topic specific events throughout the year, see our news page for details.
You can keep up to date with our upcoming health and social care engagement events in North Ayrshire by visiting our Eventbrite page.
Locality Planning
As part of our locality planning process, we engage with the public through Locality Conversation events. These are open to all members of the local community and explore local priorities in relation to health and social care.
We run two engagement periods per year, in spring and autumn, and you can keep up to date with information on our upcoming Locality Conversations by visiting our Eventbrite page.
We understand that not everyone can attend our community events, so we have created an online survey that provides an opportunity for you to share your views and ensure your voice is heard in shaping your locality's plan. The survey will remain open until August 2025.
Your feedback will help us to identify new priorities, address concerns, and respond to emerging community needs in health and social care services across North Ayrshire. By contributing, you will play a crucial role in helping us to enhance our services to better meet the needs of your area.
Care Improvement Network
Our Care Improvement Network offers an opportunity for you to share your views with NAHSCP in a way that suits you. It allows you to influence local service delivery through a range of methods including surveys, online meetings, individual phone calls, face-to-face meetings or through social media. You can tell us if there are services that you are particularly interested in, for example mental health, drug and alcohol services or learning disability services.

What Matters to You
As part of an annual, nationwide campaign, we ask people to tell us what matters to them. The theme of the campaign changes each year and helps to:
- shape services
- inform service redesign and improvements.
